BNM for Business is a GST billing, stock, orders and WhatsApp app for small businesses in India, from shops and kiranas to clinics, salons, restaurants and daily-delivery services. It runs on Android, Windows, macOS and Linux, and on the web as Business Studio. There are three plans: Free, Offline at ₹49 a month and Pro at ₹499 a month, + 18% GST.
GST bills, stock and customers on your phone, computer and the web, for up to 25 products, 5 services and 10 bills a day, with one user. Printed bills carry a small BNM watermark. Online payments and advanced tools need a paid plan.
All plan prices are before GST. 18% GST is added on top, so Offline is ₹49 + GST a month and Pro is ₹499 + GST a month.
The ₹49 Offline plan is for the owner at one counter. With a coming BNM Business update, it will run on one registered phone or computer that keeps billing with no internet at all, and that device will need to connect to BNM once every 30 days, with 7 more days of grace if it misses. Until then, billing on Offline needs a connection.
You connect your own number to Meta's official WhatsApp Business API from Business Studio on the web. Meta charges its conversation fees to your business directly. WhatsApp is part of the Pro plan.
Yes. Upload a CSV, Excel or JSON file and AI matches the columns for you, at no charge. You can also scan barcodes to add many items at once.
BNM Business for iPhone and iPad is coming soon on the App Store. Until then, use Business Studio in Safari at in.studio.bnmapp.com. When the app arrives, plans will not be sold inside the iPhone app.
Businesses that sign up at in.studio.bnmapp.com keep their business data on servers in India (Mumbai). Some service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, such as WhatsApp and AI services, process data outside India: see international transfers.
Free needs no cancelling. To stop a paid plan, email [email protected]. If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays on for 7 days of grace and then the business moves to Free.
