Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges its conversation fees to your business directly. AI replies from the bot count towards Pro's daily AI allowance.
Can customers pay online in the store?
In the store, customers pay on delivery by cash or UPI. In WhatsApp, they can pay by UPI in the chat. Online payment in the store comes with the next customer app update.
