Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0. It is for trying BNM with a small shop: up to 25 products, 5 services and 10 bills a day, one user, and printed bills carry a small BNM watermark. Online payments and advanced tools are not included.
With a coming BNM Business update, Offline will bill with no internet at all on one registered phone or computer, for the owner. That device will have to connect to BNM at least once every 30 days. If it misses that, it gets 7 more days; after that it stops taking new bills until it connects again, and your saved bills stay on the device. A second device will not be allowed on Offline. Until that update, billing on Offline needs a connection, as on Free and Pro.
On Free and Pro, just sign in on the new phone with the same account. Offline's one-device rule comes in a coming BNM Business update, and moving to a new phone will then be a transfer, allowed once every 7 days. Until then, email [email protected] and the BNM team will help.
A user is a person who signs in with their own login. The owner is always included and never charged. On Pro, each extra user is ₹149 a month for most roles, ₹199 for a billing counter or front-desk user and ₹999 for a doctor at a clinic, all + 18% GST. Free and Offline are for the owner alone. Your customers using the BNM customer app are not users.
Yes. BNM connects your own number to Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Meta charges its conversation fees to your business directly, on Meta's own price list. AI replies from the WhatsApp bot count towards Pro's daily AI allowance.
Sign up free on the web first. Then email [email protected] with your business name and the plan you want, Offline or Pro. The BNM team replies with the next steps and switches the plan on. Upgrading inside the app is coming.

Yes. Email [email protected] to stop a paid plan or change it. If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays on for 7 days of grace, then the business moves to the Free plan and its limits.
