Yes. Add your own stages to your order flow in Business Studio on the web, and choose which ones send the customer a WhatsApp message.
Do customers get updates in their language?
Yes. Order updates go out from your own WhatsApp Business number in the customer's language, with the item list.
Can BNM print garment tags?
No. BNM does not print garment tags or labels.
