What does a salon pay?
Pro is ₹499 a month + GST, with the owner included. Add ₹149 a month for each stylist or staff login and ₹199 a month for a receptionist, + GST.
Can customers book on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your WhatsApp bot sends a booking link that opens your booking page already signed in. You need your own number on the WhatsApp Business API, connected from Business Studio.
Do customers get reminders before their visit?
BNM can send a WhatsApp message when a booking is made or changed, through an automation you set up. Timed reminders before the visit are not built yet.
Can I take payment at the counter instead?
Yes. Book the customer, then collect by cash, UPI or card at the counter and record how they paid.
Can a salon use the Free plan?
Free and Offline do not include bookings, so a salon needs Pro. You can sign up free first and set up your services.
