Does BNM take a cut of each order?
No. You pay the plan fee. Razorpay's payment charges and Meta's WhatsApp fees are separate and billed by them.
Do you have a kitchen display or table QR ordering?
Not yet. BNM covers WhatsApp orders, the orders board and counter billing.
Can I bill at the counter when the internet is down?
Not yet. The app copes with a weak signal, but saving a bill needs a connection. Billing with no internet on one device comes to the Offline plan in a coming BNM Business update.
What does a cashier login cost?
₹199 a month for each billing counter user on Pro, + GST. Cooks and other staff with a login are ₹149 a month.
