Yes. They can pause, skip a day, resume or cancel by chatting with your WhatsApp bot or in the customer app. Quantity changes are made by you.
Does BNM plan delivery routes?
No. It gives you the deliveries and product totals for each date, and you plan the round.
Can I send one bill a month?
Yes. Make one invoice per customer from their month of orders, then send, remind or mark them paid in bulk.
Is there a prepaid wallet?
The prepaid customer wallet is coming soon. Until then, collect against each customer's month-end invoice.
