Appointments are a Pro module. An owner who is also the doctor pays only the ₹499 a month Pro fee. Each extra doctor is ₹999 a month and each receptionist ₹199 a month, all + GST.

What does a one-doctor clinic pay?
If the owner is the doctor, Pro at ₹499 a month + GST. The owner is never charged as a user. Free and Offline do not include appointments.
How much is each extra doctor or receptionist?
₹999 a month for each extra doctor and ₹199 a month for a receptionist or front-desk user. Nurses, admins and accountants are ₹149 a month. All + 18% GST.
Can the doctor write prescriptions in the BNM Business app?
Appointments are in the BNM Business app. Clinic records (visits and prescriptions) are in early access in Business Studio on the web for clinics working with us, and a separate BNM HMS app for doctors is coming.
Can patients pay when they book?
Yes, on your own Razorpay account. A paid booking confirms itself when the payment comes in. You can also collect at the desk.
Can patients get a follow-up reminder?
Follow-up reminders come with clinic records (EMR), which are in early access in Business Studio on the web for clinics working with us. For bookings, BNM can send a WhatsApp message when a booking is made or changed, through an automation you set up. Timed reminders before a visit are not built yet.
Do you have software for a lab?
Yes, BNM Lab is a separate product for diagnostic labs: ₹11,999 a year for the Lab Admin seat and ₹3,999 a year for each extra seat, + GST. It is not part of the clinic plan.
